iWDM 4.0 is not directly supported by the Thereforeā¢ Upgrade Utility for iWDM. The following options are available for working with iWDM 4.0: •Upgrade the system to iWDM 4.1 and then run the Upgrade Utility. •Copy the cabinets from iWDM 4.0 and import them into an in-house iWDM 4.1 system. Then run the Upgrade Utility. This is the recommended solution. •As a a last resort, an older version of the Thereforeā¢ Upgrade Utility for iWDM can be used to export documents from iWDM 4.0. Please contact support@therefore.net if this is required. |
