Below is a list of the possible actions a user can take, from the menu on the right side of the screen as they browse the Repository.

Add Case Opens the "Create New Case" dialogue box.  |

Add New Document Navigates to the "New document" page.  | 
  | 
Bookmark Bookmarks the current selected document.  | 
  | 
Claim Instance Claim a workflow instance that is pending action.  | 
  | 
Comments Opens the comments section for the document/workflow instance. Given adequate permissions, the user may read, edit or add comments.  |

Create Task Opens the "Create task" dialogue box.  | 
  | 
Delete Document/ File/ Instance Deletes the selected document, file, or workflow instance from Thereforeā¢.  |

Delegate Instance Delegate a workflow instance to a different Therefore⢠user.  | 
  | 
Document History Shows a history of changes to the document, and which user made those changes.  | 
  | 
Download Opens the Download dialogue box. Allows the user to download the contents of the document and select the available file type.  |

Edit Case Header Opens the "Edit case header" dialogue box.  | 
  | 
Linked objects Lists the number of linked objects to the document. Clicking will display which objects are linked.  |

Open Case / Document Opens the current selected Case/Document.  | 
  | 
Open in new tab Opens the current selected Case/Document in a new web browser tab.  |

Opens the Printing dialogue box. Allows the user to print files attached to the document.  |

Save Saves the current document to Thereforeā¢.  |

Share Create a link to share Therefore⢠documents with other users or with external people. This functionality works the same way as in the Therefore⢠Navigator:  |

Show Index Data Displays index data for the current document.  |

Start Workflow Starts a Workflow process for the current document  | 
  | 
Unclaim Instance Removes claim from current workflow instance.  |

Workflow History Opens a dialog window listing a history of events relating to the workflow.  |
