Users can be notified of workflow instances from Therefore™ on their mobile phones. Please see our tutorial on mobile notifications for more information on how to use these.
In order to receive the notifications, users must enable them in the following settings page:

Note: •Users must be signed in to Therefore™ Go in order to receive the notifications. If signed out, they will no longer receive them. •In case there are any device settings or errors conflicting with notifications, the user will be notified of those on this page. |
