The following instructions are related to enhancements from the Thereforeâ„¢ Online v.32 release.

 

 

Thereforeâ„¢ Online SFTP Support

The Thereforeâ„¢ Online v.32 release will bring support for SFTP, replacing FTPS, which will remain available in compatibility mode. For any system using FTPS and migrating to SFTP, we have listed the necessary steps and information to keep in mind after the migration.

 

1.The upgrade can only be performed if the current FTP folder on the server side is empty. Please connect to your server and empty all of your folders. The folder structure does not have to be deleted.

 

 

2.In the Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer, navigate to Advanced Settings > General > FTP Account > press the three dots > FTP Server Configuration

 

 

3.Click the Upgrade to SFTP button on the bottom left of the dialog

 

 

4.Read the information and click 'Yes'.

 

 

After the migration is complete, please keep the following in mind:

 

•On the SFTP server, you must manually recreate the folder structure, as this does not migrate with the process above.

•Please note that the folder names will be case sensitive and need to match what is on the Thereforeâ„¢ server.
