Each workflow in Thereforeā¢ must be assigned to a category or case definition, but one category or case definition can be linked to multiple workflows. There are a number of options for starting a workflow:
How do I start a workflow automatically for a new document or case?
1.Open the properties dialog and then select the Workflow tab.
2.All workflows assigned to the category or case definition will be listed. Select the workflow that should be started when a document is saved to this category and then click OK.

The Start Workflow task allows a new workflow to be triggered. Any workflow defined for the same category can be started. For case categories, any workflow defined for the category or its case definition can be started.
