Quick Start Guide

This category can be used to store periodic cash flow statements. It’s generally recommended to maintain sound records of cash flow statements, as these may be needed on short notice to prove a company’s financial solvency to lenders, investors, or shareholders and secure additional funding.

A few points to keep in mind with this category:

Name – This is a free text field. The yellow highlighting indicates that it is a mandatory field. This means the field requires a value to be entered in order to save the document.

Division – By default, this is a free text field. However, it’s possible to restrict the entries available by replacing this with a new keyword dictionary field. This gives you greater control of the entries that can be selected, making it easier down the line to sort and categorize different types of documents.
