This folder includes categories for storing information related to customer service issues such as correspondence, customer feedback, support tickets, or even customer service SOPs. As the information in these categories may contain personally identifiable information of customers such as contact details or ID numbers, it’s recommended to restrict access to this folder to the specific group of employees who need it to perform their jobs.
Normally, access to this information would be limited to employees in the customer service or similar department, therefore it is suggested to create a user group called “Customer Service” or similar, and assign the permissions at the group level. If required, specific permissions can be removed on an individual level by denying a specific user access to certain information they should not be able to view or change.
