This is a category used to store product price lists or similar pricing information. Depending on how your organization works, it’s possible this information should not be openly available to all employees, for example to prevent pricing details from leaking to competitors. In this case, it’s recommended to restrict permissions as described in the folder description. It might also be prudent to restrict which users can make changes to the documents saved in this category.

A few points to keep in mind with this category:

Product Name - By default, this is a free text field. However, it’s possible to restrict the entries available by replacing this with a new keyword dictionary field. This gives you greater control of the entries that can be selected, making it easier down the line to sort and categorize different types of documents. This could use the same keyword dictionary field as in the Marketing Material category to ensure consistency.
