A new version of Therefore™ Online is coming soon!

 

Therefore™ Online will soon be updated to v36! Rollout starts on the 29th of October and systems will be updated continuously throughout the month of November. Check status.thereforeonline.com to find the exact date your regional Therefore™ Online system will be upgrade to the new version.

 

Therefore™ On-Premises Users – Heads Up!

This update applies only to Therefore™ Online. Therefore™ On-Premises customers will receives these features in v37, currently planned for release in Spring 2027.

  • Create category layouts specifically for the web client in a similar way to eForms!
Index data dialog as seen by a user. This layout is configured specifically for the web client.

  • Customize the look and feel of the new Therefore™ Portal and make it your own!
A customization page lets users adjust portal styles, including logo, accent color, font, and login background. A portal preview appears on the right, with “Save changes” and “Cancel” buttons at the bottom.
The new Portal supports robust customization options.

  • Ask your AI Document Assistant questions about the documents you work with.
Chat with your AI Document Assistant about the document you’re currently viewing. Start with pre-defined prompts or create your own.

 

Use free-form prompts to ask specific questions and drill down into detail. You can add reference documents ad-hoc to give your AI assistant more context.
