UI Update for Therefore™ Smart Capture

 

Look out – Therefore™ Smart Capture is getting a makeover!

Smart Capture’s manual verification interface has been updated to match our latest product design. While there is no change in functionality, some things have moved and some options are now accessed differently.

Read on to see what changed, including a “before and after” comparison.

 

This change will go live on Monday, April 7th. Users can expect to start working with the new UI on this date.

 

Document Info

There is a new icon at the top of the left sidebar that expands an area to view the document info.

 

 

Field values

Fields values are now accessed differently. Previously, you had to hover over the field to view the values. Now, you’ll need to press the 3-dot-icon next to the field name and click “Show field details”. The information will be displayed in a pop-up window.

The icons to display the status of a field have also been updated. The checkmarks have been replaced with circular icons. The color scheme (green = checked, gray = not checked) remains the same.

 

Line Items Settings

Settings for line items are now accessed differently. Previously, the settings were accessed from the Line Items section of the left sidebar. Now, the settings are accessed via the Settings (gear) icon at the top of the left sidebar.

 

Viewing Settings

The viewing settings (Zoom + -, Reset Zoom, Search in Document) are now located in the center of the top bar instead of the right sidebar. The page counter has also moved to the top bar.
