Our team just rolled out a few feature upgrades to the Therefore™ Web Client we think you’ll love.

And the best part? These features are already available NOW. No waiting – get right to it and try them out!

Support for Retrieval Reason

The web client now supports the “retrieval reason” function. When activated by an administrator, this requires a user to enter a reason for retrieving a document before viewing it. Furthermore, the sharing option ‘Share with anyone’ will be hidden for documents in categories that require a ‘retrieval reason’ comment.

 

 

Access to History

Users can now access a document, case, or workflow’s history directly through the hit-list page via the context menu.

 

Bookmark Button

A bookmark button has been added to the navigation bar when viewing a document.
