Therefore™ Integration with Copilot: End of Preview Mode

It’s finally time!

In October 2025, we released the Therefore™ Connector for Microsoft Copilot. This initial launch made the Connector available in “Preview Mode” for our boldest customers to test with and prepare for.

Now, Preview Mode has officially ended. All Therefore™ Online systems have been updated, which means:

• All existing installations of the Copilot Connector now have ACL enabled.
• All future installations will have ACL enabled.

An Access Control List, or ACL, is the component that allows the Connector to map out and understand the permission assignments in Therefore™. Enabling ACL allows the Copilot Connector to adopt the same document security that exists in Therefore™, meaning that users working with the Copilot Connector will only see information from documents they are allowed to view in Therefore™.

The Therefore™ team has already made this available for all customers and no user intervention is required!
