Therefore™ Online v32: Available Now

Therefore™ Online will be updated to v32 throughout October and November. This post will give you an introduction to the main features that will be released with this version. This update applies only to Therefore™ Online. Therefore™ On-Premises customers will receives these features in v33, currently planned for release in Spring 2025.

 

Therefore™ Online brings many new features to the table, including:

 

Additions and Enhancements to the Therefore™ Web Client

  • Add keyword values on-the-fly while saving documents
  • Delete cases
  • Move documents to another case
  • Use conditional mandatory fields
  • Create cases ad-hoc
  • Use macros to fill index data fields automatically
  • Change the order of files in a document
  • Create and save new searches
  • Switch to the next and previous documents while viewing a document

 

 

Installed Client – Icon Update

The installed client (Therefore™ Navigator and related applications) gets a visual refresh with some new icon designs.

 

Case and Document History Changes

The Therefore™ Navigator provides a log of events relating to a Document, Case or Workflow Instance in chronological order. These changes are coming with v32:

  • The event type that was logged is now immediately visible in the history.
  • More event types have been added to log additional types of actions.
  • Additional information is now automatically populated; for example, to show how the values of index data fields were changed.
  • Case histories now include individual document events as well as case events.
  • The event list can be filtered according to type of event.

 

Sharing Documents in Workflows

The Send Email task can now be used to share documents as part of a workflow process.
