Which versions of Therefore™ does it work with?

The Connector for Microsoft Copilot works with Therefore™ Online. For On-Premises Therefore™, it works with Subscription Edition, as well as Business and Enterprise editions in systems that are under mainstream or extended support. See the Therefore™ Life Cycle page for more details.

Which Therefore™ license do I need?

You will need:
• A connector license for Copilot (from Therefore™)
• Copilot licenses for anyone who wants to use the integration (obtained from Microsoft)
• Entra ID as the External User Directory in Therefore™. This controls the authentication with Copilot.
