How do I renew my Therefore™ subscription?
If you would like to renew your support agreement, please contact your local reseller. This may be a Canon office or another authorized reseller. This is generally the company who sold or implemented Therefore™ in your organization. If you don’t know who that is, feel free to get in touch with us using our contact form. We can look it up for you.
Does this mean my data has been deleted?
Even if your subscription is expired, your data is not deleted right away.
If you use Therefore™ Online, the amount of time before your data gets removed from our systems is determined by your contract. There is generally a grace period to allow you to renew/reactivate your subscription.
If you use Therefore™ On-Premises with a subscription, your data is not deleted because it’s on your server. However, if you let your Therefore™ subscription expire, your system will stop working. We highly recommend renewing your subscription as soon as possible.
